Thunder Rock Phase 1 included 280 single-family lots, including both 40' and 50' sized lots. Phase 1 also included development of two commercial tracts, two multi-family tracts and a City Sportsplex.
Development, pre-construction services, and construction management was completed for Phase 1 in 2022.
