Founded by Will Romo, Spyglass Partners is a private real estate & development firm located in the Austin, Texas metro area. We partner with investors and developers on acquisition, entitlement processing, and land development.
Will is a lifelong Texan and a proud alumnus of Texas A&M University in College Station. All of his professional efforts have been dedicated to the construction industry, touching every facet of construction over the past 10+ years including numerous horizontal improvement projects, municipal commercial and large-scale commercial vertical construction projects.
Will gained his experience working with large contractors such as Balfour Beatty Construction. After having worked extensively in three Texas metroplexes (Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio), Central Texas became the obvious location for the launch of Spyglass Partners in the fall of 2020.
